Monochrome Photograph

The Mira Building is famous for its twisted angular features and for the way it defracts light depending on the perspective from which it is viewed. In this photo, I sought to capture the serpentine elements the architects created by highlighting them in afternoon light and in a gold color caste appropriate for the Golden State and the brassy nature of San Francisco.
