This photograph was captured in the middle of the night at Nick's Cove on Tomales Bay, Marin County. I was awakened by the light of the full moon shining into my cabin and quickly donned a bathrobe, set up my camera and tripod on the deck, and waited until conditions were perfect to capture this memorable scene.
