About The Artist
Marti Phillips is former attorney and past long-time resident of San Francisco. She lived in Tiburon for the last five years and recently moved to southern Sonoma County. Several of her photos placed in the National Audubon’s annual photography contest top 100 images of the year. She has also had images included in their Female Bird Gallery and Plants for Bird Gallery and in the Audubon’s social media. One of her images will be featured in the National Audubon Society’s 2024 Calendar. Her landscape photography has been published in Outdoor Photographer Magazine and featured in their social media. In the past year and a half, in the pursuit of creating images, she has traveled everywhere from the the Canadian Yukon and Manitoba, to Antarctica, Namibia, Kenya, South Africa, Qatar, the Galapagos, the Ecuadorian rainforest, Patagonia, the Atacama Desert, the Bolivian Salt Flats, the Dolomites Range in Italy, England, Ireland, and throughout the US.
